Priority Mail is also available and shipping is generally 2-3 days.  Rates start at $8.95 and vary depending on weight and zone.

Returns

Materials are returnable within 30 days of the purchase date.  Any open software, CDs or DVDs are non-returnable unless defective and will be exchanged for the same item only. 

If you have a defective CD, please contact the manufacturer directly first.  They will verify the problem and typically send a new CD right to you.  (I can assist with this process if you have any trouble.)

If a refund is necessary, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping by:

Check if your purchase was made with cash.

Check if your purchase was made with a check after a 14 day waiting period.

Credit to your credit card if your purchase was made with a credit card.

Credit to your next purchase.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
