Priority Mail is also available and shipping is generally 2-3 days.  Rates start at $7.95 and vary depending on weight and zone.

Returns

Materials are returnable within 30 days of the purchase date.  Any open software, CDs or DVDs are non-returnable unless defective and will be exchanged for the same item only. 

If you have a defective CD, please contact the manufacturer directly first.  They will verify the problem and typically send the CD right to you.  (I can assist with this process if you have any trouble.) We will refund the purchase price minus shipping by:

check if your purchase was made with cash. check if your purchase was made with a check after a 14 day waiting period. credit to your credit card if your purchase was made with a credit card. credit to your next purchase.

Return shipping is your responsibility.
