The MusicEdConnect 2021 conference has been doing online music education conferences for 8 years! The focus for this day was about marketing, but also sharing what we’ve learnt & hopes for the future of our lessons. This is part 3 of 3 in our 2021 sneak peek series!
Getting Savvy on Social Media
Sara Campbell’s session was an incredible primer into social media for music studios. This information-packed session included which types of content do best, ideas on what to post & how to make the most of limited time. Sara’s timely suggestions were perfect for busy teachers who don’t have a lot of time to spend on marketing.
How to Run a Successful Facebook Ad Campaign
Jennifer Stadler walked us through the next stage of marketing. Paid advertisements! Her 4 step process took us through what to do before, during & after for the best success. While Facebook ads (or paid advertisements in general) can seem overwhelming, Jennifer made ads seem more approachable with clear tasks for each step.
We Survived 2020 – Now What?
Davis Dorrough talked about the challenges & opportunities from the previous year. His studio business tips were practical, timely & focused on meeting the needs of students, parents & teachers. By making specific tweaks to how we market, the processes we use & how we connect with others, Davis pointed out that our studios can thrive, even when circumstances are difficult.
Where To Learn More …
MusicEdConnect has a fantastic, supportive community at the live sessions! However, we understand that not everyone can take 3 days off from teaching & life.
This is why we offer both a “Full Access Pass” & a “Replay Pass” which gives different levels of access! The “Full Access Pass” gives access to attending live sessions, plus recordings of those sessions & on-demand sessions. The “Replay Pass” gives access to the recordings of both the live sessions & on-demand sessions. And, access for both is available until the end of the year! To continue your learning, purchase the pass that works best for you here.
